Iskolánk jogelődje 1885-ben alakult, a körmendi szakképzés több mint 135 éve van jelen az oktatás palettáján. Az eltelt évtizedben több fenntartóváltás is történt az intézmény életében. Jelenleg a Kulturális és Innovációs Minisztériumhoz tartozunk, a Vas Vármegyei Szakképzési Centrum részeként folytatjuk tevékenységünket.
Alapfeladatunk a város és vonzáskörzete munkaerőpiaci igényeinek kielégítése, a végzett tanulók sikeres munkába állásának segítése. Iskolánk működését tekintve összetett intézmény, technikumban és szakképző iskolában oktatjuk a tanulókat, valamint részt veszünk a felnőttek képzésében, oktatásában is. Eszközfelszereltségünk megfelel a kor igényeinek, mindig törekszünk a modernizációra.
Kisvárosi intézményként pedagógiai szemléletünket a diákcentrikusság, az empátia, az egyéni bánásmódra való törekvés jellemzi. A tanórán kívüli tevékenységekre ugyancsak nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk, élénk diákélet, szabadidős programok, kirándulások szolgálják a közösségépítést.
Szakmakínálatunk színes: a gépészet, a mezőgazdaság, a faipar, a vegyipar, a kereskedelem és a logisztika területén is folytatunk képzéseket.

Unser Institut ist komplex, wir bilden im Technikum, in der Berufsschule und wir beteiligen uns auch an der Erwachsenenbildung.
Unsere Ausstattung passt zu den Erwartungen des Zeitalters und wir bemühen uns um die Entwicklung, Modernisation.
Wir sind eine kleinstädtische Schule, von der pädagogischen Seite her schülerzentrisch und empathisch, wir beachten unsere Schüler als eigenes Individuum. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Freizeitaktivitäten, wie das intensive Schülerleben und Ausflüge.
Unser Berufsangebot ist vielfältig: Maschinenbau, Landwirtschaft, Holzindustrie, chemische Industrie, Handelswesen und Logistik.
The predecessor of the school was established in 1885 and the professional training exists in Körmend more than 135 years in the field of education. During the last decade there were more financier’s changes in the life of our school. At the moment we belong to the Ministry for Innovation and Technology and we work as a member of the Vas County Centre for Vocational Education and Training. We are responsible for providing the claims of labour market in our town and agglomeration and help the graduated students to find a job. Our institution is complex, we teach students in technical and vocational forms and we take part in trainings of adults. Our school is well-equipped, modern and up to date; one of our essential aim is developing constatnly.

Out of class activities are also emphasised and they are full with free time trips and programs, lively student life in order to construct the “RÁZSÓ” community.
Our professional offer is diversified. We train in the field of mechanical engineering, agriculture, woodworking, chemical industry, commerce and logistics.
